My family and I ate here yesterday for the first time and I highly recommend this place! First the value is amazing, for 13.99 you get pizza, wings, salad bar, pasta, and cheesy bread! Next the employees were great, they were friendly, kept the food in the buffet fully stocked and fresh, and kept the restaurant clean! I can honestly say that we'll definitely be back!
I’ve loved hungry howies since childhood and I will die on the hill of it being the best pizza you can get but this buffet was my first experience and let me say yall 10 out of 10! Fresh, hot pizza w a full salad bar all the veggies were fresh and the lettuce was crunchy! I also got an 8 count extra crispy chicken wings which were perfect and juicy! I also love and adore their house made ranch, Delicious!!!
Pizza, wings sooo good! People say big enough selection but how? They got tons of pizza and that’s what this place is all about. Pricing is a bit high vs Cici’s but this spot has wings! Yes WINGS! And you can never go wrong with hungry Howies! My the little Mexican girl and Marisol took good care of me. Had plenty of refills and Marisol even went back to ask about the dessert pizza yummm great experience glad there is still one of these spots around. A lot of hungry Howies closed down their buffets.
Friendly atmosphere wonderful front counter person, busy all around, buffet was packed but looked full and scrumptious. Entire place was clean as a whistle. Ordered a medium takeout and it was done in what seemed like just minutes. Hungry Howies in Plant City never disappoints. My pizza was so packed with toppings that I almost needed a fork to eat it. I would give them 100 stars if that were possible. Try it you will not be sorry!
Ali, the owner is great at supporting the community. I needed pizza for the linemen, and Hungry Howie's made the pizza fresh and fast! Great service and food. Flatbread is good!
I haven't had the buffet many money years this place did not disappoint. They even have mac and cheese. The only thing I would like to say is the waitress needs to be more attentive when it comes to getting the food out that we ordered. She never told us it was up. If also was a little slow on the refilled for drinks. The pizza was fresh I just wished they did some cajun flavor crust. I'm glad they still do a buffet but many locations stopped doing it.
We had a hungry howie buffet near Sarasota on our last trip and had been thinking about it ever since! Of course we had to visit again. One of the best pizza buffets ever. The food was hot, fresh, and they kept the buffet well stocked. You could tell it was all made fresh. The Alfredo sauce on the noodles tasted homemade, it was delicious. They even had home style green beans and potato’s that were amazing too. The salad bar had lots of options, they had 2 different soups, spaghetti, Alfredo, plenty of pizza options, and several yummy desserts too. Our server was so nice, everything was very clean, plenty of room for seating. And the price was affordable. It’s an hour away from our Airbnb but I’m sure we will be back soon!
My family ate here for the first time Wednesday night. We had a great experience. The young girls working were very attentive and professional. They kept the pizza bar stocked and they were cleaning the pizza bar and restaurant constantly. The food was great! We will be back!
